Masía Pou de Beca Espai Cultural Obert - Wines from Castellon, Spain.

In full contact with nature we have created Pou of Beca-Espai Cultural Obert (Beca's Well- Open Cultural Space). In Pou de Beca we work with fresh seasonal products of local and ecological origin. We are part of the net of restaurants Kilometre 0 or the Slow Food movement that promotes the use of products which are good, clean and fair. Good for our palate, clean because they are produced without pollutants or transgenic techniques and fair because workers receive a fair pay for them. Our commitment with nature and health is transferred to our kitchen to elaborate the best menu with local seasonal products. We live gastronomy as an indicative of our cultural richness, because we are part of our people and we evolve with our traditions.
